The all-new way to interact with the CS Practice Room’s Calendar…
Anyone can browse the calendar: practices, jam reservations, blocked times, and closures appear together. You do not need to sign in to look.
Tap or click an existing event to see its title, time, and details. If it is your reservation, you are will be able to cancel it. After an event’s time has passed, cancel is no longer available.
A jam session is a 1-2 person practice using the drum set and/or piano in the practice room. It is not intended for large practices. Those using the room for jam sessions must make sure that no sound equipment is messed with and that they are the only ones in the room.
If jam sessions are abused, we will remove your access.
To reserve a jam session:
If you see a message that someone else is holding the slot, try again or pick a different time.
If time is blocked, you cannot book over it. Also, time may be marked as Practice Room Closed — that is normal when jams are not allowed past a certain time unless staff opens an exception.
